Dr. Feinberg has 30 years of experience in managing and conducting studies and analyses of
military systems, in strategic science/technology planning, and in research and development.
He is the Chief Scientist for the Modeling and Simulation Information Analysis Center
(MSIAC). He is the manager and developer of IR&D projects including patented intelligent
agent technology applicable to M&S and knowledge management.
